Payment - Payments are to be made prior to dispatch of all online orders.

Fast and secure payment available online with Credit or Debit card or via PayPal. 

The same applies for payment by credit or debit card, bank transfer or cash on collection.

We cut and package our Biltong to order and generally can dispatch your order same or next day

Depending on what time you have placed your order.

This could mean waiting a couple of days if the product is not currently in stock or is drying.

We will advise you either way if an item is not available or just sold out.


Delivery - Standard Royal mail 1st class signed for is the Biltong South standard delivery service.

UK delivery charge of £4.79 for any orders less than 1kg

UK delivery charge of £6.64 for any orders over 1kg and under 2kg

UK delivery charge of £7.64 for any orders over 2kg and under 5kg

UK delivery charge of £9.99 for any orders over 5kg and under 10kg

UK delivery charge of £12.99 for any orders over 10kg and under 15kg

UK delivery charge of £15.99 for any orders over 15kg and under 20kg

UK delivery charge of £29.99 for any orders over 20kg

These prices may change depending on costs from Royal Mail or DHL.

Up to 2kg of products we generally use Royal mail. Any orders over 2kg we may use DHL. Or send you x2 parcels via Royal Mail.

Collection available. Please contact us to arrange the best time to collect your order or we shall contact you to discuss.

We will do everything possible to make your shopping with us a pleasant experience. Your order is packed with great care so you

Receive it in perfect condition. If you are not happy please get in touch.

If you are not home you may receive a postal delivery card, your parcel might have to be collected from the local post office or DHL depot.

We cannot be held responsible for any spoilage which may occur in this instance.

If you are not available to receive courier deliveries please contact us to arrange for a specific day for delivery wherever possible.

Charges incurred for re-delivery or re-direction or spoilage resulting from delayed delivery will be charged to you.

Any amendment to delivery instructions will only be accepted before the goods are dispatched.

We advise that if you are frequently out, you give a delivery address where somebody will be home or your work or a neighbour’s address.

We reserve the right to amend our advertised prices without prior notification both for products and delivery costs.

We will only send orders out Monday to Thursday. Unless prior arrangements are made.

This means that if you order on a Friday any time of the day unless for collection we will process your order the following Monday.

This is so we can avoid having your products sat in a depot all weekend.


Complaints - All complaints will be dealt with on merit and are to be made by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order,

Giving full details of condition of goods, packaging and sales order number you will find on the invoice attached.

Claims and complaints made after this period may not be entertained.

We aim to respond within 24 hours to your complaint and to replace any faulty product within a reasonable time frame

Products for your order are selected with your preferences in mind or special instructions, So that we are sure you will be happy with what you receive.

Parcel packing is done meticulously to ensure that you receive your order in the best possible condition.

It is then sent to you by courier. This is where our delivery responsibility ends.

You can imagine how upset we feel if you are disappointed in any way when you receive your products from us.

That is why we are prepared to give you a 100% guarantee on the quality of the products.


Returns Policy - Our guarantee to you is that all of the products that you buy from us are of the highest quality.

If ever you are not satisfied with the quality of the product we will replace the product concerned without question.

If you decide that you don’t wish to keep your purchase for some other reason. Then our 7-day refund guarantee applies.

Our 7-day refund guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,

You can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item,

Unopened (with any seals and vac-pack bags intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 7 days unless they are faulty.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of the receipt of the goods.

If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. You will be responsible for the cost of postage on Returning parcels.

We will be responsible for the cost of postage for the replacement package. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


Privacy Policy - We store only your name, and contact information for delivery and accounting purposes.

We will not sell, rent, or share your details with any other organisation without your written consent.

This information will be changed or deleted at any time upon request.
